These terms apply to every order placed with Orbit Max Trading through this website, by phone or by WhatsApp.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Orbit Max Trading, a general merchant based in Accra, Ghana, supplying wheat flour, cooking oil and lubricants to customers across Ghana.

By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵).

Delivery is charged separately. Any delivery charge is added at checkout and shown to you before you confirm your order.

Prices and stock can change. If the price of something you have ordered changes before we confirm your order, we will tell you and you may cancel that item.

3. Placing an order

Submitting an order on this website is a request to buy. It becomes a confirmed order once we accept it.

We contact you on the phone number you give us to confirm quantities, price and delivery before anything is dispatched. If we cannot reach you, the order may be held or cancelled.

4. Payment

We accept Mobile Money, bank transfer and cash on delivery where available. Card payment is being added.

For Mobile Money and bank transfer, please use your order number as the reference and send us the confirmation so we can verify it.

We never ask for card details or PINs by phone, WhatsApp or email. Never send them to anyone.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Ghana. Fees and estimated times depend on your location and the size of your order, and are shown at checkout.

6. Bulk and wholesale orders

Bulk and wholesale rates apply automatically once you reach the qualifying quantity shown on each product. Very large or recurring orders are quoted individually.

Bulk pricing is always confirmed with you before dispatch.

7. Product images and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration: packaging, labels and pack sizes can differ from the picture while the product itself is the same.

8. Availability

All goods are subject to availability. If something you ordered is not available we will offer an alternative, or remove it and adjust the total. You will never be charged for something we cannot supply.

9. Cancelling an order

You may cancel free of charge at any time before we dispatch. Tell us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as you can.

Once goods are dispatched, our Refund and Returns Policy applies.

10. Our responsibility to you

We take care to supply goods that are correct, in good condition and fit for their normal purpose. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the laws of Ghana.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you order is the version that applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
